Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ggc365 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by ggc365 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

GGC365 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to each member. Such changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

In the event of a conflict between the Bahasa Melayu version and any translated version of these Terms, the Bahasa Melayu version shall be the definitive and binding reference.

Membership Eligibility

Use of the GGC365 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 years and above on the date of registration.
• Not located in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts online gambling activities.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not previously declared bankrupt or currently subject to bankruptcy proceedings.
• Registering and using an account solely on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

GGC365 reserves the right to request age verification and identity (KYC) proof at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or termination.

Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at ggc365 at all times. Holding more than one account ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of account balances.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing accurate, up-to-date and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number and a valid email address.
• Creating a strong and unique password for your GGC365 account.
• Agree to update your account information should any changes occur.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have reported unauthorised access to the GGC365 support team within 24 hours.

GGC365 reserves the right to request KYC verification at any stage. The KYC process requires you to submit a copy of your identification card, proof of address, and other relevant documents to verify your identity.

Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

GGC365 supports a variety of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and FPX. All transactions are processed through secure channels protected by encryption technology.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account within minutes.
• GGC365 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the chosen method.

• Any suspicious withdrawal attempt will be investigated and may result in a temporary suspension.

Bonus and Promotions Policy

GGC365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion. The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered:

• Every bonus has its own requirements wagering requirement which must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member unless stated otherwise.
• GGC365 reserves the right to void any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if fraud or promotional abuse is found to have occurred.
• Users who open multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will face account termination and forfeiture of all winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and carry no cash value unless the wagering requirements have been met.
• GGC365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Game Rules

• Account Sharing: Allowing others to access or use your GGC365 account.

Account Security

The security of your account is a shared responsibility between GGC365 and yourself. GGC365 provides a robust security infrastructure, but you must also take the following steps to protect your account:

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

GGC365 will never ask for your password or confidential information via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any message claiming to be from GGC365 and requesting such information should be reported to our support team.

Account Closure and Termination

GGC365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified period.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the GGC365 customer support team. Once the request is received, any valid remaining balance will be refunded within 5–7 business days after all withdrawal conditions have been met.

Disclaimer of Liability

The GGC365 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While GGC365 strives to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from errors, disruptions or technical delays.

GGC365 is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from service disruptions or platform downtime.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses related to the use of the Platform.
• Actions or decisions made based on information found on the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the member's own negligence.

Online gambling involves real financial risk. You are solely responsible for the financial decisions you make on the GGC365 Platform. GGC365 does not guarantee any winnings.

Privacy and Data Protection

GGC365 takes the protection of your personal data seriously. All information you provide to us is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the GGC365 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account management and verification.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
